Its vaulted beamed ceilings and exposed brickwork give it the character of the original barn, which in combination with the beautifully presented open-plan living area and 3 attractive bedrooms, make this a wonderful holiday home for up to 6 people.

Kitchen: Newly fitted and equipped to a high standard with Smeg range cooker (gas and electric), built-in dishwasher amd washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. Please note that there is a high-chair provided at this property, if required.
Bedroom 1: Lovely spacious room with vaulted ceiling, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, walk-in wardrobe with built-in cupboards. En-suite shower room: Walk-in shower, twin basins, WC, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, exposed brick and flint wall, built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside
There is a long sweeping shingled driveway leading to the parking area with space for up to 3 cars. Outside the sitting area is a paved patio with a splendid view over the large pond, which has steps down to a decked area with a bench to sit and enjoy watching all the wildlife. There is an enclosed courtyard garden which is suitable for children to play in away from the pond. The remainder of the garden is lawn and wildflower meadow with many established trees and almost an acre in size.
It is a short drive into the picturesque village of Binham which has a local shop and newsagent, butcher and a pub. The nearest coast is within 10-15 minutes drive at Blakeney, Stiffkey or Wells.
