The Old Barn is an attractive brick and flint property, approximately 350 years old, which has recently been refurbished in a contemporary style, with the addition of a wonderful new garden room at the start of 2011. It has beautiful walled gardens to the front and rear and is situated only a few minutes' walk from a good pub and within walking distance of the wonderful coast and nature reserve at Holme-next-the-Sea.

Ground Floor
Entrance into hall with wooden floor and cloakroom; WC, hand basin, washing and tumble dryer.
Kitchen: newly fitted contemporary cream kitchen with wooden work tops. Well equipped with new range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster.
Dining Room: Beamed ceiling, glass dining table and 10 leather chairs.
Sitting Room: Large room with beamed ceiling, 3 sofas, TV/DVD with Freeview, DVD and music system. Leads through into ...
Garden Room: Overlooking south facing garden, wicker furniture and log burner.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, drawers and walk in electric shower and hand basin (actually in the bedroom), TV, DVD.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, TV, DVD, cupboards and sofa bed.
Bedroom 3 & 4: Both with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and tallboy.
Bathroom: Bath with power shower over, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC.
Outside
Fully enclosed walled garden with gated shingle driveway. South facing patio with garden furniture, private lawned area surrounding the barn. Lovely variety of shrubs and plants.

Holme-next-the-Sea
Location
This pretty village is located within the North Norfolk Heritage Coast and is renowned for being the northern end of the 50 mile long Roman Peddar’s Way that starts near Thetford. At Holme the Peddar’s Way
Holme is also famous for being the site of Sea Henge, a 4,500 thousand year old Bronze Age tree circle discovered on the beach. There is a fabulous stretch of open sandy beach backed by sand dunes and the Nature Reserve where there are a number of hides and many different varieties of birds have been spotted.
There is a good local pub, The White Horse, which has recently been refurbished afer a fire. Hunstanton golf course, a renowned links course, runs into Holme and there are riding stables nearby too.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
