A luxurious and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Burnham Market which is perfect for 2 couples or a family; only minutes walk to Burnham Market's village green with its excellent selection of independent shops and galleries, and the renowned Hoste Arms hotel.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: Beautifully presented spacious room with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, chest of drawers, freeview TV/DVD and a large wardobe. En-suite shower room: contemporary walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Attractive room with twin beds which is equally suitable for a couple or for 2 children, bedside table and lamp, TV (plays DVDs and Blu-ray discs, but no TV reception) and a playstation 3, wardrobe and storage chest. There is an additional single trundle bed stowed underneath one of the beds which may be used if needed.
Shower Room: Contemporary walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
First Floor
The stairs are not steep and there is a hand rail. Leads directly up into....
Sitting Room: Lovely room with a wood burning stove, 2 sofas, armchairs, flat screen 3D TV (broadband compatible), blu-ray DVD player.
Between the sitting room and the kitchen is a glazed corridor which has glass fully opening doors onto a wonderful private outside decked area which is the perfect spot for al fresco dining or enjoying the summer sun.
Kitchen: Fabulous kitchen with a high vaulted ceiling and really well equipped with a built-in electric oven and microwave, integral fridge, integral dishwasher, integral washer/dryer and a freeview TV/DVD. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Outside
Entry is via a stainless steel gate. Whilst there is no designated off-street parking, there are no parking restrictions and it is usually possible to park outside.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day.
