A beautifully presented spacious detached bungalow which makes the perfect family holiday home. It has a newly fitted kitchen and a large open-plan living area with a wood burner. The harbour and coastal path at Brancaster Staithe are literally minutes walk away and there are distant sea views from all 3 bedrooms and the enclosed garden.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Cream painted units and well-equipped with built-in electric oven, hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge, washing machine. Door to courtyard.
Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.
Living Room: Light and spacious open plan area with brick fireplace in the centre. The sitting area has a wood burner, 2 sofas, armchair, TV, DVD plenty of books and games. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers. Door to courtyard.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Newly fitted with bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
There is a travel cot and highchair available.
Outside
There is a lawned area at the front of the property with off-street parking in the driveway. There is an inner courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, which has a gate leading through to the rear garden, which is enclosed and lawned.

Brancaster Staithe
Location
A bustling village with an attractive harbour which is just to the east of Brancaster (staithe means wharf, or landing stage). There is a well-supported sailing club here and in the summer at high tide there’s always a crowd of people and boats jostling to get onto the water. The sea still gives a living to many in the area though and Brancaster Staithe is famed for its mussels, which may be bought locally at The Fish Shed or directly from Mervyn's Mussels along the coast road.
From the harbour you can take a short ferry trip (at high tide) to Scolt Head Island, a four mile long sand bar housing a National Nature Reserve well-known for terns, oystercatchers, and ringed plovers.
The village is a picturesque one, with typical flint walling on many cottages, and popular with second home owners and holiday makers. There is good beer and food available throughout the day at the Jolly Sailor’s pub, or for more of a treat with stunning views and delicious food there’s the White Horse overlooking the marshes.
Next to Brancaster Staithe is Burnham Deepdale which has a Norman church, a visitors centre and a good selection of shops, including a florist, supermarket, Fat Face and Little Giggles (children's shop). After a brisk walk on the beach or an invigorating sail there’s nothing better than a trip to the increasingly popular Deepdale Café, renowned for its hearty English breakfasts.

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
