Guest Reviews

This is a super cottage in a beautiful setting with a brilliant garden.

My 6 year old grandson said on going to bed on the last night of our stay, 'I love the Cove, I hope nanny has enough pennies so we can go next year'

Old Hunstanton

Location

Old Hunstanton was originally a fishing village which dates back to AD 855 when St. Edmund was shipwrecked here. Now it is a sought after coastal holiday village which is only a mile from the livelier seaside resort of Hunstanton. There is a huge sandy beach and cliffs at Old Hunstanton which makes it popular with families, dog walkers and kite-surfers throughout the year. It is also home to the highly regarded Hunstanton championship golf course which is situated behind the dunes to the east of the village. There is a good choice of local places to eat and drink with The Lodge hotel and bar, Le Strange Arms, the Michelin starred Neptune restaurant and an excellent village shop/deli.

The bustling seaside town of Hunstanton is close by with its wider range of shops, Sealife Centre, funfair, amusements, bowling, swimming pool, theatre and crazy golf.
