Tamarisk is a recently refurbished 17th Century Norfolk brick and flint cottage which is beautifully presented with spacious, well-proportioned rooms. It has been awarded the highest 5 star accolade from the East of England Tourist Board and provides extremely comfortable accommodation for 6 with its 3 roomy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has the added advantage of a large well-maintained garden with a sun terrace and is conveniently situated within the heart of charming Ringstead village, close to the excellent Gin Trap Inn and good village shop. A perfect place to stay throughout the year being less than 2 miles from the beautiful coast at Holme-next-the-Sea, ideal for walkers being close to the Peddars Way & Ringstead Downs and good for golfers with Brancaster and Hunstanton links courses nearby.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall: spacious pamment tiled hall with plenty of coats and boots storage.
Sitting Room: Attractive light and spacious room with an open fireplace (logs are provided) and doors opening onto the south west facing terrace. There are 2 sofas, chair, freeview digital TV, DVD and an archway through to a window seat overlooking the garden.
Kitchen: A large well-equipped kitchen with original pamment tiled floor which leads through into the dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double electric oven, halogen hob, fridge, built-in freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave.
Dining Area: There's a wood burning stove, large dining table with 8 chairs, dresser and a music system.
Bedroom 3: Overlooks the garden and has twin beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and chair.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
First Floor
The stairs are not steep and there is a wooden hand rail.
Bedroom 1: Beautifully presented room with beamed ceiling, double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Another good-sized room with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with shower mixer taps, hand basin and WC.
There is a travel cot available at the cottage if required.
Outside
Access is via the back of the cottage where there is off -street parking and a large garden (approx half an acre).
There's a south west facing terrace with outside table, chairs and parasol and a Weber barbecue. Lovely mature lawned gardens (approx half an acre) with a good variety of shrubs and plants and views to the church.

Ringstead
Location
An attractive village approximately 2 miles inland from Holme with pink and white-washed cottages built in traditional Norfolk carrstone. A rare Norman round tower, all that survives of St.
A good village for walkers with access onto the Peddars Way, the Courtyard Farm walks and also the lovely Ringstead Downs nature reserve. Ringstead has an excellent village shop stocking a wide range of products and there is a very good 17th pub/restaurant called The Gin Trap Inn.

5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
