Sundial Cottage is a traditional Norfolk brick and flint cottage which has been completely renovated and refurbished throughout to provide all the modern day comforts, whilst retaining the original features and character of the cottage. Situated in a quiet rural location within a short walk of Burnham Market’s village green, this is the perfect holiday house with a newly fitted kitchen, large sitting room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is next door to Prospero's Barn and adjacent to Barn Cottage.Short breaks may not be available at school holidays or peak weeks.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Newly fitted oak units with granite work tops and original pamment tiled floor. Well-equipped with integral dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Rangemaster oven and microwave. There is an oak dining table and 6 chairs.
Utility Room: Spacious area with a washer/dryer, sink.
Cloakroom: Hand basin and loo.
Sitting Room: Attractive long room with wood-burning stove. At one end is a round table and chairs and at the other end are 2 large sofas, TV and DVD. Doors to the garden.
First Floor
There are 2 staircases: main stairs are not steep, back stairs (leading into Bedroom 1) are steep, but all rooms can be accessed by the main stairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe.
En-suite shower room: walk-in shower, hand basin and loo.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
En-suite shower room: walk-in shower, hand basin and loo.
Bedroom 3: Small room with double bed, built-in cupboard.
Bathroom: Bath with shower mixer taps, hand basin and loo.
Outside
Off-road parking for 2 cars at the front of the cottage.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day.
