Skeet Cottage was formerly 2 cottages and has been beautifully renovated and refurbished to make it into arguably one of the best holiday cottages in Burnham Market. The cottage has many original features with accommodation over 3 floors and with 4 staircases. It is maintained to a very high standard by the owners who live locally and guests have said "the love and care poured into Skeet Cottage is obvious to all lucky enough to stay". There is an attractive enclosed rear courtyard garden and it is located a minute's walk from Burnham Market's village green and a great selection of shops and restaurants.

Ground Floor
Sitting Room: Good sized room with original fire place and original stone floor, 2 leather sofas and a chair, coffee table, Freeview TV and DVD, CD and woodburner.
Dining Room: Attractive room with original fireplace and stone floor, large table and 6 chairs. Door to steep stairs leading to 1st floor.
Kitchen: Original beamed ceiling and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer, range electric cooker and hob. There is a table and bench seats for 4. Door to garden.
Utility Room: Washing machine and sink. Door to garden. Door to steep staircase leading to 1st floor.
Shower Room: Walk in shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table and lamps and original fireplace (not working).
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, small wardrobe.
Bathroom: Beautiful large room with free-standing slipper bath, walk in shower, WC and wash basin and heated towel rail

Two steep spiral staircases, with handrails, to each room.
Bedroom 3 and 4: Adjoining attic rooms with beamed sloped ceilings. Each with a single bed and bedside table and lamp.

Attractive enclosed courtyard style garden with shrubs and plants, a paved patio area with a BBQ and an unusual garden shed.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day. As a result Burnham Market attracts many celebrities and cosmopolitan visitors, getting very crowded in the holiday periods, earning the nickname “
