Post Mill Cottage is an attractive brick and flint Norfolk cottage which has been refurbished throughout in a contemporary style. Behind the cottage is a paved seating area leading to a large lawned garden. This is the perfect holiday cottage for a couple or a family, being only a minute's walk from the harbour at Burnham Overy Staithe and an excellent local pub serving good food.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
Kitchen: Newly fitted small kitchen with built-in electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dryer and door to back garden.
Sitting / Dining Room: Light and spacious room with wood burning stove, large comfy sofa, freeview TV and DVD. On the other side of the room is the round dining table with 5 chairs.
Bathroom: Newly fitted stone tiled room with bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
First Floor
Stairs are not steep and lead up from the sitting room.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, windows overlooking front and rear garden.
Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk beds with additional truckle bed stored under, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Outside
Outside the back door is a paved area with picnic bench, leading onto a large open lawned garden. Although there is no off-road parking, there are no parking restrictions immediately outside the cottage on New Road.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Location
A pretty coastal village with a busy harbour which used to be predominantly a fishing village, but is now a very popular place for sailors, walkers and bird-watchers, with the area being designated as “an area of outstanding natural beauty”.
During the summer there is a ferry out to the nature reserve of Scolt Head Island, a bird and seal sanctuary. For the more energetic it takes about 30 minutes to walk along the coastal foot
The village has a good local pub called The Hero which makes great home-cooked food using locally sourced ingredients.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
