It has been refurbished to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 with an open plan upstairs sleeping and sitting area to enjoy the view. The Georgian village of Burnham Market and the renowned coast at Burnham Overy Staithe are both within walking distance approximately 1 mile away.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
Kitchen: Views to windmill and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Dining table and 6 chairs.
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds with a third single bed stored under, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and dressing table.
First Floor
Stairs are not steep
Light and spacious open plan area with sleeping and sitting areas each with lovely open views.
Sleeping area: King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps.
Sitting area: 2 sofas, walk-in cupboard, TV, DVD.
Outside
Parking in shingle driveway (care should be taken with narrow entrance). There is an enclosed garden area for tenants use. At the owner's discretion the entire gardens of the main house, including wooded area and a river at the far end, may be available for use.

Burnham Overy Town
Location
A small attractive village (rather than a town) situated approximately midway between the coastal village of Burnham Overy Staithe and the Georgian villlage of Burnham Market, both of which may be reached on foot via a foot path.

Short Breaks
3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
Prices may be subject to change.
Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
