Pip Cottage is an attractive detached 17th century cottage situated in a peaceful location in the highly sought after coastal village of Stiffkey. Furnished in a contemporary cottage style with an open plan living area, this 2 bedroomed cottage is perfect for a couple or a family, throughout the year. There is an excellent pub (the Red Lion), a village store and coffee shop and the salt marshes all within walking distance.

Entrance hall which leads into the open plan living area which has a low beamed ceiling.
Sitting area: Attractively furnished in a nautical style with 2 sofas, TV, DVD.
Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with bread oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and electric oven with ceramic hob. There ia dining table and 4 chairs.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
First Floor - the stairs are fairly steep and curved with a rope hand rail.
Bedroom 2: This is directly at the top of the stairs and has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp. Door through to...
Bedroom 1: Spacious room with a 6 ft super king bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers.
There is a travel cot and highchair at the property.
Outside
There is a shingle parking area at the front of the cottage with space for 1 car. At the back is a pretty south facing enclosed private terrace with steps. There is an outside table and chairs.
Sorry, but dogs are not permitted to stay in Pip Cottage.

5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
