Ongar Lodge is a contemporary beach house with stunning sea views from almost every room, which really does have the wow factor! It has been stylishly refurbished throughout, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, and is being offered for holiday lets from July 2011. Upstairs there's a fantastic sitting room and a lovely master bedroom which both enjoy glorious views across the beach huts, golf course and out to sea. There is a large enclosed garden with the added bonus of the "Zen Den" where the young can escape to. It is ideally located in a quiet lane only 2 minutes walk from the sea, with the advantage of 3 good local hotels/pubs within walking distance too. Simply the perfect coastal house to stay in and enjoy the view all year round: an ideal summer beach house and a stylish comfortable winter house.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall: with a tiled floor.
Bedroom 2: Lovely room with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and superb views.
Bedroom 3: At the front of the house with full-size bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
Shower Room: Contemporary tiled walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Wonderful light and spacious open plan area with stunning views out towards the sea. The contemporary kitchen has a built-in double electric Neff oven, halogen hob, slimline dishwasher and microwave. There's a cool white dining table and 8 chairs and a door out to the decked seating area.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, American style fridge/freezer and a sink. Leads through into....
Bedroom 4: Full-size bunk beds, chest of drawers and lamp. There's a door opening out into the garden.
First Floor
The stairs lead up from the kitchen area and are not steep with a hand rail.
Sitting Room: Fantastic light room with stunning sea views. Comfy sofas,chairs and bean-bag to sit and enjoy the view. There's a flat screen freeview digital TV, DVD, well-stocked bookcase and the advantage of wireless broadband.
Bedroom 1: Lovely room with more stunning views. Beautifully presented with king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in cupboards and a chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom: Newly fitted bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside
In front of the house is a large gated parking area with ample space for at least 4 cars.
The rear garden is mainly lawned and is fully enclosed and private. There's a large decked area with outside table and chairs and also a gas barbecue. There's a trampoline which may be used (at your own risk) and also a hammock to relax in.
Zen Den: At the bottom of the garden providing a great space with large comfy sofa, big TV, table football and also a sink.

Old Hunstanton
Location
Old Hunstanton was originally a fishing village which dates back to AD 855 when St. Edmund was shipwrecked here. Now it is a sought after coastal holiday village which is only a mile from the livelier seaside resort of Hunstanton. There is a huge sandy beach and cliffs at Old Hunstanton which makes it popular with families, dog walkers and kite-surfers throughout the year. It is also home to the highly regarded Hunstanton championship golf course which is situated behind the dunes to the east of the village. There is a good choice of local places to eat and drink with The Lodge hotel and bar, Le Strange Arms, The Neptune restaurant and an excellent village shop/deli.
The bustling seaside town of Hunstanton is close by with its wider range of shops, Sealife Centre, funfair, amusements, bowling, swimming pool, theatre and crazy golf.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
