Old Cottage is a lovely old farmhouse which dates back hundreds of years and has now been divided into two parts. A light and spacious property with high ceilings, pamment tiled floors and original beams, which is situated in a quiet location with open countryside views and a large private garden. It is within a short walk of a good local pub, playing field and tennis courts.

Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: spacious area with stone floor and sofa. Coats storage area and Cloakroom: WC and hand basin. Opens into:
Sitting Room: Light room with beamed ceilings and doors to garden, wood-burner, sofa and chairs, TV and DVD.
Kitchen: Large farmhouse kitchen with beamed ceiling and pamment tiled floor, electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, dresser and large oak table with 8 chairs.
First Floor
Stairs are not steep and there is a hand rail
Bedroom 1: King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and built-in cupboard. Open views.
Bedroom 2: Spacious with king-size wrought iron bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built in bookcases and open field views. Walk through bedroom 2 to get to landing with washing machine and
Bathroom: Victorian roll top bath with shower mixer taps, hand basin, WC and airing cupboard.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, built-in cupboard. (also accessed via Bedroom 2)
Outside
Quiet position off road via driveway. Large private enclosed gardens surround the house with open field views. Mainly lawned with south facing patio, outside furniture and barbecue. Only 10 minutes drive to the beautiful coast at Holkham or Burnham Overy Staithe and 10 minutes to the lovely Georgian village of Burnham Market.

South Creake
Location
South Creake is a very popular rural village with a good local pub called The Ostrich. There is a village green with a children's play area and tennis courts. There is a medieval church, St. Mary's, which hosts various arts and music events throughout the year.
It is home to the the famous Maize Maze which is open in July and August, and is a great way to spend several hours finding clues hidden in the maze.
South Creake is about five miles from the Georgian village of Burnham Market, famous for its interesting shops, restaurants and pretty village green. Six miles to the other side of South Creake is the market town of Fakenham with its wider range of facilities and farmers' market.

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
