A spacious and light 3 bedroom house with fabulous sea views and leading directly onto the beach, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children . This is a true beach house situated on the uninhabited Heacham coastline, which leads directly onto the RSPB Reserve at Snettisham. At low tide, it offers miles of safe shallows, with swimming and windsurfing when the tide is in.
Accommodation
All on ground level and comfortably furnished
At the beach end there is a sun room/conservatory running the width of the house.
Kitchen: Compact with 'pull-out' breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Sitting Room: Large comfortable room with two sofas. TV & Freeview DVD. Wood & coal burner.
Conservatory: Wicker chairs with 2-seater sofa. Table and 6 chairs. French doors leading out to sand dunes, beach and sea.
Bedroom One: With double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase.
En-Suite Shower Room: Shower, hand basin, WC and washing machine.
Bedroom Two: Twin beds with built-in wardrobe, bedside cupboard and pouffe.
En-Suite Shower Room: Shower, hand basin, WC.
Bedroom Three: Small with bunk beds and hanging space, suitable for 2 children.
Bathroom: Bath with overhead electric shower, WC and hand basin.
There are books and games at the property.
Outside
Very large enclosed garden to the front of the property with plenty of parking space. The back garden leads straight onto the sand dunes, beach and sea. Newly built high decked area (gated) with fantastic views. There is garden furniture and a barbecue.

Heacham
Location
Heacham is a large village located on the West Norfolk coast and home to two sandy beaches originally called North and South beach. There is a wide selection of shops and pubs and the newly opened Heacham Manor Hotel with its 18 hole golf course. Also in Heacham is Caley Mill which is an early 19th century water mill and now the site of Norfolk Lavender which has all the known varieties of lavender and is open to the public.

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
