Norton Cottage is a very pretty and peaceful refurbished three bedroom cottage with lovely views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Burnham Norton is one of Norfolk's most beautiful coastal villages. The cottage is situated a short walk from the fresh water marshes which are rich in bird and wild life.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
Kitchen/Dining Area: Fully fitted, with oven and grill, ceramic four ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table with bench seating and 4 chairs. Access via stable door to rear courtyard.
Sitting Room: A pretty bright and comfortably appointed room. Two sofas, window seat with views over cottage garden, Digital Freeview TV/Video, DVD, CD/Stereo Radio, open working coal fire.
Main Bedroom: Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, wardrobe. Views over garden.
Shower Room: With powerful shower, hand basin and WC, electric towel rail. Cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor
The stairs are quite steep and open to the side, care should be taken with children.
Single Bedroom: Comprising a single bed with full size pull-out single bed (stored underneath), bedside table and lamp, built-in cupboard.
Double Bedroom: Double bed with bedside table and chest of drawers.
Landing: This space doubles as a reading area complete with a large selection of books.
Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Outside
Pretty enclosed lawned cottage style garden, gravel drive providing parking for 2 cars. Garden furniture and barbecue. Dogs permitted by special arrangement.

Burnham Norton
Location
Burnham Norton is one of the seven Burnham villages. This hamlet of pretty cottages is situated down a quiet lane off the main coast road and nestles on the edge of Norton Marsh which is rich in bird and wildlife. There are shops or pubs in the village but it is a walkers paradise, a 20 minute walk across the fields and marshes will take you for the deserted Norton Beach and at low tide you can wade out to Scolt Head Island or up to Burnham Overy Staithe.

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
