Entrance in to Snug Room: with two comfy sofas, flatscreen TV & DVD with Freeview, stereo and ornamental fireplace.
Kitchen: A light and spacious well equipped room with built-in Bosch oven and hob, combined microwave/oven with grill, fridge freezer and feature bread oven. Dining Area with table and chairs/bench to seat 8.
Utility: Housing boiler, butler sink, dishwasher, extra fridge, door to outside. Further door leading through to washer/dryer and WC with hand basin.
Sitting Room: A really comfortable and cosy triple aspect room with 2 squashy sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV/DVD, stereo and wood burning stove, wooden floors and beamed ceiling.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A beautiful light and airy dual aspect room with stunning views of the coast towards Blakeney. King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with power shower over and separate shower attachment to taps, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Another delightful room with king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and stunning coastal views.

Bedroom 3: Spacious room with twin beds both with truckles - ideal for up to 4 children, chest of drawers and hand basin.

An attractive cottage style garden with patio areas, garden furniture and barbecue.
There is off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
