Lynwood is a spacious detached bungalow which has been redecorated throughout and furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. It has a lovely south facing enclosed garden and is situated in a quiet location (set way back from the coast road) within a short walk of the harbour, shops and pubs and on the Coasthopper bus route.

Ground Floor
Sitting/ Dining Room: Light and spacious room overlooking the garden. Dining end has table and 6 chairs. There is a working open fireplace, Bang & Olufsen TV, DVD and large sofa and chair.
Kitchen: Well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, new electric oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: Superking bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in cupboard.
Bedroom 3: Full sized bunk beds, TV and cupboard.
Bathroom: Walk in electric shower, bath, hand basin and WC.
Outside
Plenty of parking for cars and boats in single drive at the front of the property. A double garage is available for storage too.
Large enclosed south facing garden, mainly lawn, with attractive shrubs and plants. There is an outside shed which is used as a children's playhouse and a swing in the garden.
Outside table and chairs, 2 wooden steamer loungers and barbecue. Ideally located within walking distance of the harbour and coastal path, as well as The White Horse pub/restaurant, The Jolly Sailors pub and the Deepdale shops and cafe.

Brancaster Staithe
Location
A bustling village with an attractive harbour which is just to the east of Brancaster (staithe means wharf, or landing stage). There is a well-supported sailing club here and in the summer at high tide there’s always a crowd of people and boats jostling to get onto the water. The sea still gives a living to many in the area though and Brancaster Staithe is famed for its mussels, which may be bought locally at The Fish Shed or directly from Mervyn's Mussels along the coast road.
From the harbour you can take a short ferry trip (at high tide) to Scolt Head Island, a four mile long sand bar housing a National Nature Reserve well-known for terns, oystercatchers, and ringed plovers.
The village is a picturesque one, with typical flint walling on many cottages, and popular with second home owners and holiday makers. There is good beer and food available throughout the day at the Jolly Sailor’s pub, or for more of a treat with stunning views and delicious food there’s the White Horse overlooking the marshes.
Next to Brancaster Staithe is Burnham Deepdale which has a Norman church, a visitors centre and a good selection of shops, including a florist, supermarket, Fat Face and Little Giggles (children's shop). After a brisk walk on the beach or an invigorating sail there’s nothing better than a trip to the increasingly popular Deepdale Café, renowned for its hearty English breakfasts.

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
