Lazy Winds is an exceptional house with a fantastic large kitchen/dining/living area which has been added to the property. It has been tastefully decorated throughout and feels light and spacious. There is a south facing enclosed rear garden and it is only minutes' walk to the harbour and opposite tennis courts and playground.

Ground Floor
Stone floors with underfloor heating. Entrance into:
Utility Room: Sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
Snug/Sitting Room: Comfortable room with wood burning stove, sofa, TV/DVD and video.
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Huge room with high beamed ceiling and French doors to the garden. Kitchen is well-appointed with cream AGA, microwave, built-in dishwasher, fridge and a walk-in larder with additional fridge/freezer. Large dining table seating up to 10, pine dresser, 2 comfortable sofas and cane chairs.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and built-in cupboard.
First Floor
Newly fitted non-steep staircase. Storage heaters.
Bedroom 1: Light and spacious room with king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers (cupboard on landing for clothes storage).
Bathroom: Victorian ball and claw-foot bath, heated towel rails, hand basin and WC.
Outside
Attractive, private enclosed south facing rear garden, with paved and lawned areas. There is a large garden table seating 8-10 people.
Off street parking at the front of garage. A short walk to the harbour at Burnham Overy Staithe and the coastal path to walk to the unspoilt sandy beach.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Location
A pretty coastal village with a busy harbour which used to be predominantly a fishing village, but is now a very popular place for sailors, walkers and bird-watchers, with the area being designated as “an area of outstanding natural beauty”.
During the summer there is a ferry out to the nature reserve of Scolt Head Island, a bird and seal sanctuary. For the more energetic it takes about 30 minutes to walk along the coastal foot
The village has a good local pub called The Hero which makes great home-cooked food using locally sourced ingredients.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
