Flint Cottage is a delightful typically Norfolk cottage which has been carefully refurbished throughout during 2010 to make a perfect bolt-hole for 2 (or 3!) within a short walk of all Burnham Market's wonderful shops, galleries and the renowned Hoste Arms. The cottage has been decorated in a contemporary style and thoughtfully equipped by its new owners as their second home.

Ground Floor
Sitting Room: Attractive room with a wood-burning stove, leather sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, DVD, music system. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen: Small, but well-equipped with an electric oven, microwave, built-in fridge and washing machine. Door to stairs.
First Floor: Curved staircase with a hand rail.
The bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms (with lockable door either side).

Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and WC. Door through to...

Outside
Although there is no dedicated off-street parking, there are no parking restrictions and it is usually possible to park outside the cottage.
Bicycles may be stored in a shed around the corner from the cottage.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day.
