Flagstaff House was once the home of Captain Woodget of the Cutty Sark and is situated in a prime position at Burnham Overy Staithe. The house is now divided into two and may be rented with Flagstaff East to sleep 11 people, or with Flagstaff Cottage and Boathouse to sleep up to 23. The West Wing provides accommodation for 6 with stunning views across the creek, the staithe and out to sea.
Accommodation
Ground Floor:
There are stone floors throughout.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Light and spacious room. Well-equipped with built-in dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric oven, dresser, table and 8 chairs. There is a high chair available if required.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and overlooking the garden.

First Floor:
Sitting Room: Stunnings views across the staithe to the sea, sofas, bookcase, TV, video
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Full size bunk beds.
Bathroom: Shower, bath, WC. Separate WC.
Outside:
Laundry Room: In an out-house with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and sink. This is shared with the East Wing.
Large garden, mainly lawned with garden furniture. The garden is shared with 3 other Flagstaff properties. Sorry, no pets.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Location
A pretty coastal village with a busy harbour which used to be predominantly a fishing village, but is now a very popular place for sailors, walkers and bird-watchers, with the area being designated as “an area of outstanding natural beauty”.
During the summer there is a ferry out to the nature reserve of Scolt Head Island, a bird and seal sanctuary. For the more energetic it takes about 30 minutes to walk along the coastal foot
The village has a good local pub called The Hero which makes great home-cooked food using locally sourced ingredients.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
Prices may be subject to change.
Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
