Evergreen Cottage is a traditional 3 bedroomed cottage which has been redecorated throughout, with a refurbished kitchen and bathroom. It is situated in an idyllic rural location with open field views across to the sea at Thornham (approximately 2 miles away). It has a large rambling garden and is a perfect base for cyclists or walkers.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
Kitchen: Double electric oven, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge and table with 6 chairs. There is a freezer under the stairs.
Bathroom: Newly fitted bath with electric shower over, hand basin and cupboard housing washing machine. Separate WC just off the bathroom.
Sitting Room: 2 sofas, wood burning stove, digital TV, DVD.
Conservatory: 2 sofas and chairs. Doors to garden.
Door to stairs which are not steep and have a hand rail.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, airing cupboard and lovely views across to the sea.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers and canvas wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, chest of drawers.
There is a travel cot and highchair available if required.
Outside
Parking for 2 cars in front driveway. Large rear garden which is partly enclosed (not dog proof!) Garden is mainly grassed with wonderful open countryside views and has a picnic table.

Short Breaks
3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
Prices may be subject to change.
Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
