Egmere Cottage

Comfortable cottage in a good location with plenty to do in close proximity for adults, kids and dogs. Beautiful coastline with stunning beaches to discover and a great woodburner and pool table to come back to when weather's not great. Nice location near fantastic coastline for crabbing, seal spotting and walking.

Our 5th or 6th stay at Egmere Cottage. We love the location and the feel of the cottage, a real home from home. Garden is perfect for the kids and the dog, and the pool table in the summerhouse is perfect on a rainy day! Our highlights were Wells, Holkham and Blakeney. We also visited Cavies and Cake, the guinea pig cafe in Fakenham which we all thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend (must be pre booked).
First visit to Sculthorpe Moor too, which was only 10 minutes from the cottage and well worth a visit (take binoculars!).

Such a pretty traditional cottage in an excellent location close to Wells. Great outdoor space for our boys to play & pool table was an added bonus! Beds were so comfy too!! We had a really nice stay here & would definitely come back.

Lovely cottage well placed for Wells as well as Burnham Market and Brancaster. Very cosy and comfortable beds, with an enclosed garden safe from the road for our dogs.

The cottage was a delight and very comfortable.The beds and sofa's were very comfortable and the conservatory was our go to place to watch the world go by!! The welcome hamper was a lovely touch as well. Will return for sure. Highlights were the conservatory - Watching the birds was delightful along with the sky.

Pleasant cottage with lovely secluded and secure garden. The property was more spacious than expected and the secluded garden would be very nice in the summer.

The property was so much more than we were expecting, we fell in love with the cottage as soon as we walked in. We loved the location and the high standard of fixtures and furniture. The children loved the pool table there aswell.

We thoroughly enjoyed the week, exploring the area and walking on the coast. We found the cottage very comfortable and particularly liked the conservatory which was usable all day.

Egmere Cottage is a good size nice and cosy - loved the wood burner. We enjoyed our stay and felt that the property had been well equipped and had a home from home feeling

Egmere Cottage was better than expected. It was fully equipped, with deck in garden was a suntrap and it's a very secure garden for dog, 10 out of 10. We also liked the conservatory too!

We liked the level of prettiness, neatness and thoughtfulness as most of Sowerbys cottages that I've stayed in 10 out of 10 for the cleanliness and garden Even though it's November I liked the garden and conservatory and proximity to the fields. The pillows were squeaky and the duvet too, maybe old feathers! We would stay again

Been to the cottage before and knew it would be brilliant We loved sitting in the conservatory watching and hearing the birds. Highly recommended....everything you could want is provided...real home from home.

Really lovely, well equipped cottage, thank you to the cleaner - it was spotless! I would love to say it was a home from home but I can't - this is much nicer than my home! I'm going home to redecorate and build a conservatory!!
