Easter Cottage is a delightful country cottage in an idyllic and peaceful rural location with wonderful open countryside views. This 3 bedroom refurbished cottage is well-maintained by its owners who live locally, resulting in excellent feedback from all our guests who have stayed there (most who choose to return!) There are attractive enclosed front and rear gardens and it is about 20 minutes walk from Burnham Market's village green and within 10 minutes drive to the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
Entrance hall with stairs off. Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with built-in dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, electric oven and hob and bench seat. Leads into:
Dining Room: Table with 8 chairs, French doors to garden.
Utility Room: Sink, washer/dryer, room for boots and coats.
Sitting Room: Attractive dual aspect room with wood-burner, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, TV/ DVD. French doors to garden.
Bathroom: Bath with a newly fitted shower over, hand basin and WC.
First Floor
Stairs not steep with handrail.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes, TV, lovely views from both windows.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed with pull-out single bed stored under, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, dressing table and countryside views.
There is a travel cot and a highchair available if required. There is a telephone which may be used on an honesty box basis.
Outside
Plenty of off-road parking in front shingled driveway. Fully enclosed attractive gardens laid to lawn surrounding the cottage, patio area with garden furniture, lawn, summer house and barbecue. Lovely views out the back across open countryside and woodland.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day. As a result Burnham Market attracts many celebrities and cosmopolitan visitors, getting very crowded in the holiday periods, earning the nickname “
