East Cottage is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, set back from the road, opposite the duck pond in the pretty village of North Creake. It has an attractive enclosed garden with a summer house (for summer use only), which is a perfect 'den' with a sofa and TV. The Georgian village of Burnham Market is only 3 miles away and the beautiful coast at Brancaster or Burnham Overy Staithe within a 10 minute drive.

Entrance through the back garden into:
Conservatory: Dining table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Sitting Room/Dining Area: Large comfortable sofa and 2 chairs, TV, DVD and Video. Arch through to dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.
First Floor
Stairs are not steep and there is a hand rail.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, dressing table and chair.
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, hand basin and WC.
Outside
Ample off street parking. Private enclosed west facing rear garden, mainly lawn with variety of shrubs and plants and washing line. Decking area with outside furniture and barbecue. Summer house with sofa and TV.

North Creake
Location
A charming village approximately 3 miles inland from Burnham Market and 10 minutes drive to the beautiful coast at Burnham Overy Staithe.
North Creake is home to the historic site of Creake Abbey which was an Augustine priory founded in 1206, where ruins now remain. Here some of the outbuildings have been used to house Creake Abbey Studios which holds a Farmers Market on the first Saturday of each month and is now recognised as a centre for artistic talent in North Norfolk. Here there is a wonderful collection of paintings, jewellery, home furnishing and garden accessories and a cafe serving delicious light lunches and cakes.
There is a good local pub - The Jolly Farmers - which serves locally sourced home-cooked food throughout the week.

4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
Prices may be subject to change.
Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
