It is spacious with four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has large attractive gardens to the front and the rear. It is situated in the pretty village of Stanhoe within walking distance of a great pub (The Duck Inn) serving excellent locally sourced meals, and a children's playground. It is only 5 minutes' drive from the Georgian village of Burnham Market and 10 minutes to the beautiful coast.

Kitchen: Newly fitted and re-decorated long room with sloped beamed ceiling overlooking the rear garden. Well-equipped with all new appliances: built-in dishwasher, two built-in electric ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and airing cupboard.
Breakfast Room: with table and 4 chairs plus high chair, leads into
Dining Room: Spacious room with beamed ceiling, Malaysian table and 6 large chairs.
Sitting Room: Original beamed ceiling, wood burning stove, 2 sofas day-bed, Multi-channel FreeSat satellite TV, DVD and digital music system with radio, CD and docking station for i-pod, Wifi broadband connection.
Bedroom 4: Wrought iron single bed with pull out single bed stored underneath, bedside lamp, chest with VCR player.
Bathroom: Newly fitted electric shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table and lamps, built in cupboard.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, chest of drawers, hooks for hanging.
Bedroom 3: Single bed with pull out single bed, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with shower mixer taps, WC, hand basin.
There is a high chair and telephone.
Outside
Pretty front garden with gravel driveway and gate to road. Large attractive rear enclosed garden, mainly lawned, with a variety of shrubs and plants, a patio, barbecue and outside furniture. Secure dog run and kennel.

Stanhoe
Location
A small unspoilt village which is about 6 miles away from the stunning North Norfolk coast and only 5 minutes drive to the charming Georgian village of Burnham Market.
It has a large duck pond and playing fields with a popular children's play area. There is an excellent village pub, The Duck Inn, which is under new management and has quickly built-up a good reputation for delicious locally sourced food and local ales.
Ideally located, within 10-15 minutes drive to the beautiful north Norfolk coast with its wide open sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holme-next-the-Sea and Thornham.

4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
