It comfortably sleeps 8 people in its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the advantage of having 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. There is plenty of living space here with an attractive spacious kitchen/breakfast room and a large upstairs sitting room. Located in a quiet lane, it is within 10 minutes' walk to the coastal path and Holme’s unspoilt sandy beach with its nature reserve, and to the local pub.

Kitchen/breakfast room: Spacious L-shaped area with well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, integral fridge, integral dishwasher, microwave. Dining table seating 8 comfortably, sofas and doors to garden. Utility area: washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (plus truckle beds), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4: Full-size bunk beds (plus truckle bed),
chest of drawers. Selection of children’s toys and games.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, hand basin & loo. Separate loo.

First Floor

Stairs are not steep and there is a hand rail.
Sitting Room: Light and airy room with 2 sofas, armchairs, digital freeview TV/DVD and selection of books, games & DVDs.
Bedroom 1: Luxury sprung 6’ bed, bedside tables & lamps, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, hand basin & loo.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table & lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe. En-suite shower room: shower, hand basin & loo.

Outside: Plenty of parking in front drive. Fully enclosed rear lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Walking distance to coast and village pub. A travel cot and high chair are available.

Holme-next-the-Sea

Location

This pretty village is located within the North Norfolk Heritage Coast and is renowned for being the northern end of the 50 mile long Roman Peddar’s Way that starts near Thetford. At Holme the Peddar’s Way path meets with the Norfolk Coastal Path which goes all the way along the coast to Cromer.

Holme is also famous for being the site of Sea Henge, a 4,500 thousand year old Bronze Age tree circle discovered on the beach. There is a fabulous stretch of open sandy beach backed by sand dunes and the Nature Reserve where there are a number of hides and many different varieties of birds have been spotted.

There is a good local pub, The White Horse, which has recently been refurbished afer a fire. Hunstanton golf course, a renowned links course, runs into Holme and there are riding stables nearby too.
