Bridge Farm Barn is a delightful spacious barn conversion which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, with many traditional features including heavily beamed ceilings. It has a a large fully enclosed garden with lovely views over open countryside and is quietly located in the pretty village of Warham, within walking distance of a good local pub and only 2 miles from the coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

Entrance through oak front door into high ceiling hallway with exposed beams leading into an attractive Sitting Room with open fire, comfortable sofa plus armchair, reclaimed pine dining-table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV (WS-DPL), DVD & mini hifi. Picture window with window-seat.
Kitchen: Spacious and well equipped with Bosch electronic washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, electric cooker and Neff hob. Old pine dresser and table and chairs to seat 6. French doors to secluded south facing 'sun trap' patio.
Downstairs Shower Room: Grohe power shower with 'rain bars', WC and pedestal hand basin.
Study/TV Room: Comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, writing desk and open fire with coal provided.
Bedroom One: Pine double bed with chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom Two: Pine twin-beds with bedside cabinets, pine wardrobe and exposed beams.
First Floor
First floor balcony leading to Master Double Bedroom with king-sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and wardrobe and exposed beams. Stunning views over countryside.
Family Bathroom: WC, hand basin set in cabinet, bidet, Victorian style roll-top bath with mixer shower.
There are 2 highchairs, stairgate and a travel cot available if required, as well as a babysitter available on request.
Oil fired central heating is included in the rental price.

Large fully enclosed gardens to the front and rear of property with plenty of parking space.

Warham
Location
Warham is a small attractive inland village with flint and cobble cottages, which is less than 4 miles to the glorious North Norfolk coast.
It has an excellent local pub called The Three Horseshoes which is renowned for its Norfok ales and traditional home-made food.
To the south of the village, overlooking the river Stiffkey, are the remains of an Iron Age fort called Warham Camp, which is one of the best examples of an Iron Age Camp in the whole of England.

5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
