It has an attractive enclosed patio garden with a large shingled drive area, and is under a mile away from Burnham Market and the lovely coast at Burnham Overy Staithe - both of which can be reached on foot via a footpath.

Second Sitting Room: Small room with wood-burning stove, sofa, bean bag, TV, DVD. Leads through to:
Bedroom 3: Single bed, dressing table, built-in cupboard and En-suite bathroom: power shower, WC and hand basin.
Stairs are fairly steep but there is a handrail.

Bedroom 1: King-size wrought iron bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe.

Burnham Overy Town
Location
A small attractive village (rather than a town) situated approximately midway between the coastal village of Burnham Overy Staithe and the Georgian villlage of Burnham Market, both of which may be reached on foot via a foot path.

Short Breaks
3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
Prices may be subject to change.
Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
