Beach Retreat is a delightful 3 storey cottage which has been completely renovated and stylishly refurbished to an extremely high standard, with the use of Cath Kidston fabrics and other quality fittings. It has been sympathetically extended to provide a wonderful spacious kitchen/sitting area with doors opening out onto the attractive terrace and walled garden. It is only a minute's walk from Burnham Market's village green with its excellent selection of original independent shops, boutiques and galleries, as well as the renowned Hoste Arms.

Ground Floor
Sitting Room: Tastefully decorated with 2 sofas, chair, wall-mounted plasma freeview TV with built-in DVD. There is a newly fitted electric coal-effect stove, making the cottage warm and cosy during the winter months.
Kitchen: Lovely light and spacious area with a newly fitted hand-built kitchen at one end and attractive sitting/dining area at the other end. Well-equipped kitchen with slimline dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. Table comfortably seating 6, sofa and doors opening onto the terrace.
Cloakroom: Loo and hand basin. Door leading to stairs.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Beautifully presented room with beamed ceiling, king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp.
Bathroom: Shower over a small bath tub, hand basin and loo.
Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk beds, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3: Spacious loft with sloped beamed ceilings, 2 single beds (head to head), hanging hooks, storage chest.
Outside
Fully enclosed south facing landscaped rear garden with a good-sized lawn, attractive flower and shrub beds and a paved seating area with garden table and chairs and charcoal barbecue.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day.
