It is conveniently situated in Docking with a local pub, good village shop, playing field with playground and tennis court within walking distance. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful coastal villages of Brancaster and Thornham and the charming Georgian village of Burnham Market. Wireless Broadband is now available.

Entrance through the back garden, into a small lobby.
Kitchen: Large, well equipped farmhouse style, with a large range cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. TV & video, table and chairs seating 8.
Utility Room: Fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, separate cloakroom with hand basin and WC.
Dining Room: Long table and chairs seating 8.
Sitting Room: Open working fireplace, two 3 seater comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, Video and Stereo.
Children's TV Room: Three seater sofa and TV and Video.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: Has wardrobe, shelved cupboard, bedside tables and lamps, TV and video. En-suite bathroom with power shower, hand basin and WC.
Twin Bedroom: with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
Twin Bedroom: with hanging space, shelved cupboard, bedside tables and lamps.
Double Bedroom: with fully fitted wardrobes, corner dressing table, drawers and bedside tables and lamps.
Family Bathroom: with bath, separate power shower, handbasin and WC.
A travel cot and high chair are available (if required).
Outside
There is a large fully enclosed rear garden which is mainly lawned and has a patio area. There is garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars at the rear of property.

Docking
Location
All roads in North Norfolk seem to lead to Docking. It's a busy village with an excellent small supermarket and post office, a fish and chip shop, blacksmith, village pub, a large village playing field, tennis court and bowling green. Docking also has its own coarse fishing lake that is available on a day ticket basis.
The village is perfectly placed for the North Norfolk Coast and its long, fine sandy beaches. Brancaster and The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club are about five miles away. There are two golf courses in Hunstanton, which is less than eight miles away. The Titchwell Bird Reserve, home to terns and waders is close by. The ultra fashionable Georgian village of Burnham Market, Sandringham and the market towns of Fakenham and King's Lynn are also nearby.

5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
