April Cottage is a lovely refurbished cottage situated in the heart of the attractive village of Ringstead, within minutes' walk of a good village shop, excellent pub/restaurant (The Gin Trap) and many superb walks along the Peddars Way or Ringstead Downs. Its spacious accommodation is ideal for two couples, or a family, throughout the year as it has central heating and a wood burning stove. The beautiful sandy beaches at Old Hunstanton or Holme-next-the-Sea are less than 2 miles away, as is the seaside resort of Hunstanton.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Light and spacious well-equipped room with built-in dishwasher, built-in fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs.
Sitting Room: Attractive room with wood burning stove, comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, TV with Freeview/Freesat, DVD, music system.
Cloakroom/Utility Room: Hand basin, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Stable door to the rear garden.
First Floor
Stairs are not steep with hand rail.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside lights, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamps, dressing table and large built-in wardrobes.
Bathroom: Bath with power shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside
Fully enclosed gated rear garden which has recently been landscaped.
There are paved and shingled areas, surrounded by shrub beds, together with an outside table and chairs. Cars may be parked in the lay by opposite the cottage.
One small well-behaved dog may stay by special arrangement

Ringstead
Location
An attractive village approximately 2 miles inland from Holme with pink and white-washed cottages built in traditional Norfolk carrstone. A rare Norman round tower, all that survives of St.
A good village for walkers with access onto the Peddars Way, the Courtyard Farm walks and also the lovely Ringstead Downs nature reserve. Ringstead has an excellent village shop stocking a wide range of products and there is a very good 17th pub/restaurant called The Gin Trap Inn.

4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
