2 Hunts Cottages is an exceptional holiday cottage, situated in a peaceful position, away from any main roads, yet only minutes walk from the coastal path and Thornham's great selection of pubs, restaurants and village deli/cafe. It has been completely refurbished by its new owners to a very high standard, using their years of experience renting holiday cottages to produce their own ultimate second home. With spacious open-plan living space downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, this is a perfect place to stay throughout the year for families or up to 3 couples.

Ground Floor
Open-plan with pamment tiled floors throughout. Cloakroom: Newly fitted with a Norfolk map wall-paper, hand basin and WC.
Kitchen: Newly fitted cream units with granite work tops and a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, range cooker, integral dishwasher, microwave. There is a large dining table with bench and chairs to seat up to 10, highchair available.
Sitting Room: Light and spacious with French doors to the garden. Newly installed wood-burning stove, 2 large comfy sofas, large flat screen freeview TV, DVD and music system. There is a selection of games, books and DVDs.
First Floor
Stairs are not steep and there is a hand-rail. On the landing are built-in cupboards with hanging space.
Bedroom 1: Super king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers. En-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers. There is a wooden cot if needed.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Newly fitted with bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside
Access via a long shingle drive from a small lane, with parking space for up to 4 cars at the front. There is an attractive rear enclosed mature garden which is safe and not overlooked, which gets the sun throughout the day. There is a good-sized lawn and patio area, including a newly built decked area with outside table, parasol, chairs and barbecue. There is a wooden children's playhouse which may be used at your own risk.
Washroom: converted garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, clothes airer.

Thornham
Location
At the western end of the North Norfolk coast, Thornham is situated on the scenic A149 coastal road, roughly half-way between Hunstanton and the Burnhams. This is a village of fewer than 500 inhabitants, a quiet backwater compared to its cosmopolitan neighbour Burnham Market, more likely to attract bird watchers to its extensive marshes and nearby Titchwell RSPB reserve than celebrity spotters.
There is a beautiful unspoilt beach for those willing to hike the mile or so out along the coastal
In the centre of the village, locally caught seafood is served at The Orange Tree pub opposite All Saints church – an impressive building with 15th century foundations. Thornham has a third good place to eat - The Old Coach House which serves delicious home-cooked pizzas and is ideal for families.
Just along the coast road heading towards Hunstanton is Drove Orchards which opens seasonally for the sale of a wide range of locally sourced fresh foods from its award-winning farm shop and has an amazingly wide variety of pick-your-own fruits.

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.
