Marram is a recently refurbished and re-decorated detached 4 bedroom house in excellent condition.  It is situated in a quiet location in Brancaster and has views towards to the sea from the first floor.  It is only a 2 minute walk to the coastal path and the Branodunum Roman Fort site.

First Floor:
Dining Room: 
Glass and pine-top table and wicker chairs for up to 8.
Kitchen:  Fully fitted and well-equipped with Beech units, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and breakfast bar.  Dining area with pine table and chairs and views towards the sea.
Sitting Room:  Spacious with two sofas, armchairs, Freeview TV/Video, DVD, hard drive recorder.   Views to the sea.

Outside:
South facing enclosed rear garden, with lawned area and large patio area.
Garden furniture and brick barbecue.  Parking at front for 2 cars.
