Lynwood is a
detached bungalow with sea views which has recently been redecorated
throughout and furnished to a high standard. It has a lovely south
facing enclosed garden and is situated in a quiet location (set way back
from the coast road) within a short walk of the harbour, shops and pubs.
Accommodation
is all on one level and has central heating. Bed linen and towels are
provided
Ground Floor:
Sitting/ Dining Room:
Light and spacious room overlooking the garden. Dining end has
table and 6 chairs. There is a working open fireplace, Bang & Olufsen
TV, DVD and large sofa and chair.
Kitchen:
Well equipped with dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, microwave, new electric oven, washing machine and tumble
dryer. Lovely sea views across to the harbour.
Bedroom 1:
Superking bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2:
Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in cupboard.
Bedroom 3: Full
sized bunk beds, TV and cupboard.
Bathroom: Walk
in electric shower, bath, hand basin and WC.
Outside:
Plenty of parking for cars and boats in single drive
at the front of the property. A double garage is available for storage
too.
Large enclosed south facing garden, mainly lawn, with attractive shrubs and
plants. There is an outside shed which is used as a children's
playhouse and a swing in the garden.
Outside table and chairs, 2 wooden steamer loungers and barbecue.
