Island House is a detached 4 bedrom house situated in an outstanding location in
Brancaster Staithe harbour with stunning creek, marsh and sea views. This house
provides the perfect location for a Summer break literally right by the sea, with the
coastal path and harbour just a few steps away.Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Kitchen:
with lovely views and all the basic equipment: electric
cooker, fridge and microwave. Pantry with additional fridge/freezer.
Dishwasher.
Shower Room: with WC and electric shower.
Dining Room: table and 6 chairs, bookcase and sea views.
Sitting Room: Comfortable with sofas and chairs, brick
fireplace and TV.
First Floor:
Bedrooms 1 and 2: Both with twin beds, bedside lamps, chest of
drawers, built-in cupboard.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: Both with a single bed, bedside lamp,
chest of drawers, wardrobe and sea views.
Bathroom: WC, bath, hand basin and stunning views.
The house has electric storage heaters and there is a telephone for incoming calls
only.
Electricity is by £1 coin meter.
Outside:
Approach via unmade track to large grassed
area to the front and rear of the house. The garden is not enclosed and leads
directly on to the marshes. Table and chairs and picnic table.
