Flint Cottage is a
traditional brick and flint cottage which has recently been completely
refurbished and benefits from a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.
It is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the village green in
the charming Georgian village of Burnham Market, with its wide selection
of interesting shops, galleries and good places to eat. The
beautiful sandy coast is less than 10 minutes drive away.
Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Sitting Room: Newly
decorated in a contemporary style with leather sofa, futon/chair,
working wood burning stove, TV and DVD, CD player, glass dining table
with 4 chairs.
Kitchen: Newly fitted with built-in electric oven and
halogen hob, built-in fridge, washing machine.
Fairly steep spiral stairs with a hand rail lead to:
First Floor:
Bedroom 1:
Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and light.
Door leads through to:
Bathroom: Newly fitted with bath and electric shower over,
hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Small room with double bed, clothes hanging
unit, bedside light. Door leading into the bathroom.
There
are new electric storage heaters throughout the cottage, the cost of
which is included in the rental.
Flint
Cottage does not have a garden. Sorry, no pets.
