Fern Cottage is a delightful Georgian 3-storey cottage
which has recently been redecorated throughout.
It is situated right on the village green in Burnham Market within walking
distance of a wide variety of excellent shops and restaurants. There
is an attractive enclosed garden with the 'Garden Cottage' at the end, which
may be used during summer as an extra TV/Sitting room.

selection of books.

first floor.

Belfast sink, American style fridge/freezer, microwave.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: King-size
bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with full size pull-out single bed
(stored underneath) chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp.
Bathroom: Bath, walk-in shower, WC, hand
basin, heated towel rail.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: Large room with twin beds, bedside tables
and lamps, tallboy, hanging space and en-suite WC and hand
basin.
The cottage has oil fired central heating - cost included in rental.
Outside:
Attractive enclosed paved courtyard style garden
with shrubs and plants. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Summer use only - Garden Cottage is a converted out-building with stone
floor and beamed ceiling, cane furniture and a TV.
