Evergreen Cottage is a traditional 3 bedroomed cottage
which has recently been redecorated throughout, with a refurbished
kitchen and bathroom. It is situated in an idyllic rural location
with open field views across to the sea at Thornham (approx. 2 miles
away). It has a large rambling garden and is a perfect base for
cyclists or walkers.

under the stairs.

Sitting Room: 2 sofas, wood burning stove, digital TV, DVD.
Conservatory: 2 sofas and chairs. Doors to garden.
Door to stairs which are not steep and have a hand rail.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, airing
cupboard and lovely views across to the sea.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of
drawers and canvas wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, chest of drawers.
Outside
Parking for 2 cars in front driveway. Large rear garden which is
partly enclosed (not dog proof!) Garden is mainly grassed with
wonderful open countryside views and has a picnic table.
