Church Farm Cottage is an exceptional
cottage which has been refurbished to a high standard with original beamed
ceilings, stone floors, stripped pine doors and 2 staircases. It is
situated in a peaceful rural position adjacent to a Norman Church and has a
large enclosed garden with countryside views. Only 10 minutes drive
away from the beautiful coast at Brancaster or Thornham, or the Georgian
village of Burnham Market.

Kitchen: Light
and spacious dual aspect room with church and garden views. There is a
wood burning stove set in a large fireplace, beamed ceiling, pamment tiled
floor and large table with 6 chairs. Well-equipped with double
electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Access to spiral
stairs leading to Master bedroom.
Utility Room: Additional fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer,
coat storage and door to:
