traditional cottages, Bellamy Cottage is now a refurbished family home with
many original features. It has a well equipped hand built kitchen with
Aga and has the advantage of two sitting rooms. Situated in a quiet
location with attractive enclosed private gardens to the front and back, yet
only minutes walk to excellent shops and restaurants in Burnham Market.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Pamment
tiled floor, exposed beams, hand-built wooden units, blue Aga, dresser,
microwave and built-in appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and
electric cooker.
There is an oak table and chairs seating up to 10 people.
Sitting Room: Beamed
room with wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, TV and video. French
doors to walled courtyard garden.
Snug:
Ideal children's room with TV
and DVD, double sofabed.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower,
WC and hand basin.
First Floor:
Stairs are not steep and there is a hand rail
Bedroom One:
King size bed,
bedside table and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bedroom Two: King size bed, bedside table and lamps,
wardrobe.
Bedroom Three: Twin beds, one with additional single bed
stored under. Bedside table and lamp, chest of
drawers.
Bedroom 4: Full size bunk beds, chest of drawers and lamp.
Bathroom: Newly installed with Victorian ball and
claw foot bath. WC and hand basin.
The cottage is heated by electric storage heaters.
Outside:
Access through
wooden gates to enclosed private garden, mainly lawned with a large patio
with garden table and chairs and barbecue.
Separate south facing paved courtyard garden with wooden table and chairs.
Shed housing additional fridge and freezer.
