A lovely traditional end terrace cottage dating back to 1700 and originally part of the Holkham estate.  The cottage has recently been completely refurbished and is well-equipped throughout.  It has an attractive enclosed patio garden with a large shingled drive area, and is only a mile away from Burnham Market and the lovely coast at Burnham Overy Staithe - both of which can be reached on foot via a footpath.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen:  Pamment tiled floor, painted units, microwave, built-in
appliances: electric oven & hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, CD player & high chair. Door through to:
Conservatory: Dining table & 5 chairs, dresser & door to patio area.
Sitting Room:  Open working fireplace, 2 sofas, plasma TV/DVD.
Second Sitting Room:  Small room with wood-burning stove, sofa, bean bag, TV, DVD.  Leads through curtain to:
Bedroom 3:  Single bed, dressing table, built-in cupboard and En-suite bathroom: power shower, WC and hand basin.
Stairs are fairly steep but there is a handrail.

First Floor:  Wooden floorboards throughout
Bedroom 1:  King-size wrought iron bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2:  Wrought iron double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe.
Bathroom:  Panelled bath with shower over, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.

The cottage is heated by electric storage heaters.

Outside:
Fully enclosed with patio and decked areas, large shingle drive with plenty of parking space.  Outside table and chairs, barbecue.
