A wonderful beach house with fantastic sea views and leading directly
onto Heacham Beach. This 3 bedroomed house has a spacious living area which opens
onto a balcony with lovely views across the sand dunes out to sea. It really is a
very peaceful location and the Heacham coastline leads directly onto the RSPB reserve at
Snettisham.

All Ground Floor:
The house is pine clad throughout and comfortably furnished.
Living Area: (Kitchen/Dining/Sitting) Light and spacious
with uninterrupted sea views.
Kitchen Area: Fitted pine units, built-in electric oven,
microwave, two fridges and a breakfast bar with stools.
Dining Area: Round table and 4 chairs.
Sitting Area: 3 comfortable sofas, TV with
Freeview Channels, DVD (which plays music)
Balcony: Fantastic views to the sea, outside furniture.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in
cupboards over bed, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside lamp, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Full size bunk beds (single bed on top and double
bed underneath) chest of drawers, TV.
Bathroom: Electric shower over bath, WC, hand basin, airing
cupboard and heated towel rail.
The house has Dimplex electric heaters throughout.
Outside:
Plenty of open space with grassed area to the front with lots of parking
space. To the rear the house opens directly onto the sand dunes and then out towards
the sea.
