of Brancaster Staithe with sea views from the upstairs windows. It is
a short walk from the coast and the 'White Horse' Restaurant and only 3
miles away from the Georgian village of Burnham Market.

Sitting Room: Good-sized room with 2 large sofas, gas feature
fire, TV and DVD player, radio/CD player.
Dining Area: Attractive wooden table and chairs to seat 6.
Conservatory: A useful room with 1 sofa and two armchairs and
access to the garden.
Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Twin beds
Bedroom 3: Twin beds
Bathroom: Bath, shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel-rail.
The cottage is heated via storage heaters.
