Arden House is a refurbished and redecorated 4
bed-roomed family home. This large house is situated in Docking with a good
selection of pubs and village shops and it is only 10 minutes drive to the coastal village
of Brancaster. Wireless Broadband is now available.

First Floor:
Master Bedroom: Has wardrobe, shelved cupboard, bedside
tables and lamps, TV and video. En-suite bathroom with power
shower, hand basin and WC.

bedside tables and lamps.

Double Bedroom: with fully fitted wardrobes, corner dressing

The house has oil central heating which is included within the
rental price.
